When you’re exhausted, sleep advice can feel confusing - often at odds with your instincts. I’m here to demystify sleep and remove any decision paralysis! By providing gentle, attachment-focused sleep support, I help families to make lasting changes and feel better equipped to deal with any sleep issues in the future.

My approach is rooted in responsiveness, backed by an understanding of brain development in the early years, and a clear plan tailored to you and your baby. This isn’t about simply coping with broken sleep - it’s about understanding why your baby is waking, making meaningful changes, and transforming sleep for your whole family.

Gentle does NOT mean passive or vague. I work with root causes, not surface tweaks so you can expect real change, not just reassurance!

I predominantly work online via zoom calls which has meant I can help families both near and far. I can also offer in-person sessions to those based in York.
